We charge an affordable flat rate for appliance repairs.

We keep a wide range of spare parts on the vehicles so if your repair requires a spare part to be fitted; there’s a good chance we’ll be able to do it there and then. If we do have to make a second visit, there will be no additional charge for this service.

20th September 2022I was quoted a fixed price for the visit plus any parts required. Oliver phoned me half an hour before his arrival and quickly ascertained the problem by asking me the right questions as to what had happened before the machine broke down. As well as fixing the problem he had a good look at the machine and advised on its condition and tips on how to ensure the washing machine remains in good repair. Top tip for me – use the detergent compartment rather than throwing the capsule directly into the drum of the machine as the plastic can have a tendency to clog up the drum causing damage over time and can sometimes not dissolve properly. (I have noticed that happening several times). Just snip off the plastic and pour into the detergent compartment at the top. Simples. My 3 year old grandson had been listening to the conversation and he said ‘What a nice man’. Many thanks Oliver!!

I cannot give Wash tech repair enough praise, the only company to answer my SOS call out of 5 when my oven went suddenly. Having started to panic when facing a weekend with no oven and 2 small children, Becky and her team went out of there way to help and by 3 o clock the same afternoon my oven was fixed!!! Incredible service and I love the fact I was able to support a family owned business. I can’t thank them enough!!!

12th September 2022Excellent service. Our old Neff combi oven had stopped working. An engineer came out within a few days diagnosed the problem and explained what the choices were. We eventually agreed he would take the oven to the workshop to see if they could save it. A week later it was returned to us with a functional microwave and oven, although the grill was not able to be saved. A good outcome considering we may have had to invest in a new oven which would have been extremely expensive. The only extra we had to pay on top of the call out fee was for the new part. Many thanks.
