At Wash Tech, we aim to deliver your new appliance as quickly and efficiently as possible, providing a reliable and professional service from purchase to completion.

Delivery Options & Charges

We offer two delivery options:

1. Doorstep Delivery (Delivery Only) — Free of Charge

This service includes delivery of your appliance to your property entrance/door only.
No installation, connection, or removal of old appliances is included with this option.

2. Delivery, Installation & Recycling

This service includes:

• Delivery to your property

• Full installation and connection of your new appliance

• Removal and recycling of your old appliance

Charges for this service:

• Freestanding Appliance: £59.00

• Integrated Appliance: £139.00

Delivery & Installation charges apply per appliance unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery lead time is 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. However, we always aim to deliver sooner whenever possible.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Product availability

• Delivery location

• Seasonal demand

If your order includes multiple items, we may deliver them together once all products are ready, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

We deliver across the Midlands, Cotswolds, and surrounding areas.

Delivery Arrangements

Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Our team will:

• Provide an estimated time of arrival (5-hour time slot)

• Ensure clear communication throughout

Please ensure that:

• Someone is available to receive the delivery

• There is clear and safe access to the property for larger appliances

If you have any special access requirements, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
