At Wash Tech, we aim to deliver your new appliance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery lead time is 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. However, we always aim to deliver sooner whenever possible. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and demand.

If your order includes multiple items, we may deliver them together once all products are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

We deliver across the Midlands, Cotswolds & surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact our friendly team for confirmation before placing your order.

Delivery Arrangements

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Our team will keep you informed of your delivery progress and estimated time of arrival.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that there is clear access to the property for larger appliances.

Delays

While we make every effort to meet our delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as supplier delays or transport issues). If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly to update you and arrange an alternative delivery time.
