Returns Policy — Wash Tech
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, along with proof of purchase. We’ll issue a refund or exchange, provided the product meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
The item must not be registered with the manufacturer or contain any personal data.
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Products used or damaged
- Items over 30 days old (unless faulty)
- Customised or special-order products
- Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact our service team. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with your consumer rights.
